So, everyone has a pet peeve. Mine happens to be buyers who think they will get a better deal using a listing agent to purchase a home listed for sale. Usually the transaction turns out to be a nightmare because the buyers realize that they don't have reliable representation because the listing agent isn't representing their best intentions (not always, but usually).
